Detroit Villages September Potluck!

On the first cool morning in quite some time I'm reminded of the impending return to normal time here in Detroit. Summer trips have ended, some hold-outs are still galavanting, but on the whole people are returning to their lives. We know some have begun new lives, new communities, have joined new neighborhoods in the city and beyond.

I'm always excited about this time of year.

There seem to be so many possibilities for connection, friendships, and exciting conversations. All across the emergedetroit community people are coming back into town with new ideas and we are looking forward to finding ways to share those.

One of the ways we're interested in engaging you in the conversation is through some intentional reflection on the newest Consp!re magazine that was released last month. Below is a first reflection, and we'd be interested in more contributers joining in. If you have a copy of the magazine already, just pick an article and blog about it on emergedetroit.org or your own site. Then send us the link!
