Christian Community in Hamtramck

Dan and I are members of Detroit Villages through Acts 29. We are buying a two family house in Hamtramck, with a desire to live in community with a Christian single person or married couple. Shared front entrance/stairway, private apartment upstairs with kitchen, combo dining/living room bedroom and bath. Enough yard space for a garden. Access to large living room/dining room downstairs for hospitality, also access to washer/dryer in basement. Your share of finance would be $400 per month + 40% of the utilities. The house needs ALOT of work, so jump in early and you can help with the rehab, pick your colors, design and decorate. Move in date app. July. Call us for a cup of tea and more information
