For each of our projects we have a volunteer come in from the community. It's always something new and exciting time to work with someone new. Most of our "Project Directors" have a special skill that pertains to the job that we are doing. This helps us because if we are not quite sure what we are doing they can help teach us.

Also my Grandma uses many of her skills for us everyday. She houses us, and cleans up after us,does some cooking for us, and just all around is there for us when we need it. She has been a missionary since she retired and is still continuing her work even though she is 88 years old. For me personally she uses her missionary gifts by inspiring me every day.
