Qualifications:
Looking for part-time Youth Program Director who possesses:

A desire to work in an urban, downtown, inclusive, faith-centered, justice seeking congregation with youth and young adults.
Experience in working with youth in a faith based setting (United Methodist preferred).
Experience teaching youths and young adults.
College degree or equivalent work experience .
A personal and progressive faith.
Ability to help the pastors provide pastoral care to youth and young adults.
Ability to be flexible .
Familiar with the technology of youth and young adults
